Sebastian Groh and his team have revolutionised decentralised solar power generation in Bangladesh with the application of peer to peer trading. This company strives to facilitate a successful convergence of the energy & transport sector in Bangladesh by 2021 based on distributed solar PV and storage.
They aim to achieve this by marrying 6 million solar-home systems to 1.75M electric rickshaws existing today in an optimized charging and electricity infrastructure; power 100,000 safe electric vehicles by smart solar PV and ensure a strong financial track record by doubling the monthly income for these electric rickshaw drivers.
